Logs Rocks and Steel is an epic, point-to-point multisport race across the wild terrain of the Haliburton Highlands. Participants have two distances to choose from. The Championship Course, which consists of a 16k trail run, 14k paddle, and 50k mountain bike. Or, the Frost Centre Course, which consists of a 4k paddle, 15k mountain bike, and 5k trail run. Courses will be fully marked (except for the paddling legs, where minimal navigation skills are required).
